You’ll get an overview of the recipes you’ll soon master, each rooted in Albanian heritage. Sample Menu: Village chicken with pershesh Burek with cottage cheese Sheqerpare (traditional dessert) A variety of seasonal appetizers and meze Guided by the chef, you’ll roll up your sleeves and start cooking step by step. You’ll learn traditional techniques, from rolling dough for burek to properly seasoning chicken for pershesh. Throughout the class, you can sip on unlimited homemade wine and take part in a raki tasting to fully experience the local flavors.
