The session was done smoothly, confidently, and without unnecessary delays, yet I never once felt neglected or rushed. Every area was treated carefully and professionally, and she explained throughout the process why laser treatments are performed in a specific way. The clinic itself was also extremely clean and hygienic, which is honestly one of the most important things for me when choosing an aesthetic clinic. Everything looked spotless, organized, and professionally maintained. The environment felt modern, calm, and trustworthy. At the end of the appointment, the staff remained just as kind and professional as they were at the beginning. They explained aftercare instructions clearly, answered all my final questions, and made sure I left satisfied and informed.
