Along the route, pass the Olga statue, dedicated to a famous Albanian actress. Stop at the Black Drin Springs to explore and photograph the clear waters surrounded by greenery and wooden walkways. An optional boat ride on the springs is available, weather permitting.
Next, visit the 10th-century Saint Naum Monastery on Lake Ohrid. Known for its serene setting, the monastery holds a legend that Saint Naum’s heartbeat can be heard by placing an ear on his tomb.
