⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Must-Visit Treasure Trove in Gjirokastër – Absolute Highlight! If you are visiting the Old Bazaar in Gjirokastër, you absolutely have to stop by M. Muka II. This is hands-down the best, most authentic antique shop in the entire city! As you can see in my photo, the shop is tucked away beautifully on a charming stone pathway, welcoming you with gorgeous, traditional hand-woven textiles right at the entrance. It completely pulls you in. Once you step inside, it is an absolute goldmine of history. Unlike many tourist spots selling mass-produced souvenirs, this place is packed with genuine, high-quality Albanian treasures. My second photo, shows the incredible depth of their collection—everything from stunning vintage jewelry, traditional costumes, and copper work to fascinating historical artifacts and beautiful old rugs. You could spend hours looking through it all. What truly sets this shop apart, though, is the family. We had a really wonderful, genuine talk with their son, Mario. He is incredibly kind, welcoming, and deeply knowledgeable about the history of the items. The entire family is so hospitable and honest; there are absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics here, just warm conversations and fascinating stories. It is the absolute perfect place to find a meaningful piece of Albanian history to bring home with you. Incredible selection, fair prices, and world-class hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!
Sir, you are adorable and your shop is wonderful. Thank you for everything and the lesson of history. Good luck, wish you the best
