If you are looking for a special night out in Himare, this is the place to go. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. The food is carefully sourced for the highest quality. The highlight was a dry-aged Florentine steak from free-roaming cattle which was tender and extremely flavourful. It was better than the Florentine I had at a well-recognized restaurant in Tuscany at twice the price. The Albanian red wine that our server, Jacques, recommended was a perfect match for the steak and at a reasonable price point. There are less expensive restaurants in town, but you are paying for the high quality of the food, the excellent service and calm surroundings. It is well worth the price.
