What an awesome place! We had some drinks (very cheap) and watched the football in the bar (great vibes). Staff are lovely. This is where you should stay in Shkodër!!
I cannot recommend a place to stay more. Do not be scared by the lack of reviews, they joined HostelWorld in June 2025. Being greeted by a friendly face every single time who has become one of our close friends is nothing short of special. Aldo, and his lovely mother run this fantastic hostel with the help of their lovely friends, providing the most upbeat experience, giving us activities to do every day such as cliff jumping, exploring caves, karaoke in the hostel, visits to the lake, football viewing nights and helping book the Theth trial hike. My stay in particular was unreal, meeting and making many friends I now consider close to me. The hostel is connected to a bar, who make great drinks, if you’re on a budget, you’re also able to bring drinks in from outside. Please, please stay at Kultura, and have the experience I did. I will be returning as soon as I am back in Europe. I’d give the hostel an 11/10 if possible. Thank you Aldo for the best week and the best final close to Europe I could ask for.
