The room was clean, modern, and very spacious, offering great comfort. The service was friendly and accommodating and their staff too. I would recommend this for solo , couple or family and would gladly stay here again!
First, it is important for travellers to know that this is not a traditional hotel. It is more of an apartment building. While the furniture is relatively new, the functionality is lacking. Several items in the room were not working properly. The breakfast was the most disappointing part of the stay. It felt incredibly repetitive and unappealing as many other people wrote in their comments as well. As a tourist, you expect to taste local flavours. A simple piece of Byrek or some fresh fruit would be a massive improvement. The current selection is "tiring" and actually off-putting just to look at. If they have limited options, they should at least rotate them—offer yoghurt with honey, some olives or a slice of their traditional cake one day instead of the same unappealing plate every morning. The staff was kind and respectful, but kindness doesn't fix a lack of quality. Having stayed at many Novotels across Europe (which I rate 4 stars), there is a massive discrepancy here. I am giving 3 stars to be fair, but in reality, it doesn't even meet that standard currently. If they don't rethink their care for the property and the food, guests will not return once they realize what the experience is actually like.
The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, but there are visible defects that have not been repaired. The rooms are not cleaned daily. However, I believe that you can take the trash out of your room every day. In winter - there is no heating in the bathroom! You can warm up in the rooms with air conditioning. Breakfast - unfortunately, this is where the hotel does the worst. Everything is cold! Can't make tea, no cups. Coffee only espresso. For breakfast it's the same every day - fried eggs, sausage, croissant, one type of bread, butter, jam and cornflakes. It would be enough to ask the guests if they would like scrambled eggs or fried eggs and everyone would get a warm meal - it would look much better. At least a few slices of cold meat and golden cheese are missing. Employees are trying - so just correct a few mistakes and glitches and it will be better!
