Five Stars — Qeliza Clinic, Tirana, Albania As Americans spending extended time in Albania, finding Qeliza has genuinely changed our healthcare experience abroad — and it's become one of the main reasons we return to Tirana. I come in as a patient who does her homework, and Sonila meets me there every time. The depth of knowledge is real — staying current with the latest research, engaging with it critically, not just following trends. And when I go down a Google rabbit hole at midnight convincing myself I need to rethink everything, Sonila talks me off the ledge with calm, evidence-based clarity and just enough humor to make me laugh at myself. She's generous with her time and knowledge, never rushed — and what I appreciate most is that she never pushes. I'll spot something and say "Please tell me more about these vitamins or drops, should we add these?" and instead of jumping on it, she'll say let's slow down, start with these, and we can always add later. That kind of restraint is actually harder to find than enthusiasm. The bloodwork is one of the most comprehensive I've encountered — far beyond standard panels, telling the full metabolic, cardiovascular, and hormonal story. Both my husband and I have our protocols carefully individualized, followed closely, nothing cookie-cutter. The ladies there make you feel like family — the good kind. The space is beautiful, calm, and genuinely luxurious without being pretentious. You feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. We've been coming back since last year and will continue to. Qeliza is not just a clinic — it's a reason to be in Tirana.
I was in Albania on vacation from Toronto and decided to treat myself to some advanced wellness while in Tirana. I booked a session at Qeliza Aesthetics Lounge for their NAD+ IV therapy and wow, it exceeded all expectations. The clinic is located in the Rainbow Center (super easy to find), and the space was beautiful modern, clean, luxurious lounge vibe with comfortable chairs, soft lighting, and a very relaxing atmosphere. It felt more like a high-end spa than a medical clinic, which made the whole experience enjoyable. The staff, including the founder Sonila (who has impressive credentials and clearly knows her stuff), were professional, friendly, and thorough. Would definitely return when I’m visiting back in Albania. Thank you, team Qeliza!
This is a very nice, aesthetically pleasing clinic. However, the prices are actually higher than what you would pay in the States for this kind of service. If you are a local living right in Tirana, have hundreds of dollars to spend, and just need to walk in for quick hormone replacement or a fast service, this is the place to go. However, I strongly advise against starting a specialized treatment protocol here if you live out of town. This is a very nice, aesthetically pleasing clinic. However, the prices are actually higher than what you would pay in the States for this kind of service. If you are a local living right in Tirana, have hundreds of dollars to spend, and just need to walk in for a quick treatment, this is the place to go. I spent thousands of dollars here on specialized treatments—including BPC, peptide therapy, and NAD+—to manage a severe autoimmune disease. With my condition, it is absolutely critical that I keep doing my treatments consistently without interruption. Unfortunately, I strongly advise against starting a protocol here if you live out of town or need reliable support. When I was running out of my medicine, I messaged them weeks in advance and even had someone available to pick up my vials. Because they completely failed to get back to me or prepare my order, my treatments abruptly stopped, and my body was forced into a painful physical relapse. Because of this lack of communication and care, I will not be returning. Instead, I have decided to go to another country close by to stock up on a six-month supply of the same peptides she carries for much less. It’s unfortunate that they have so many girls working in the office but nobody can ever get back to you. The owner’s response below perfectly illustrates my exact complaint. It is amazing that she has ample time to write a lengthy, defensive PR essay to protect her rating, yet her clinic couldn't spare two minutes to return my calls or messages when I actually needed my medication to prevent a physical relapse. To clarify her narrative: She claims they encourage 'advance coordination.' I did coordinate in advance. I messaged them weeks ago stating I was running out. Last week, I even had someone ready to physically pick up the vials. Her front-desk 'gatekeeper' admitted they were disorganized, promised to get back to me, and never did. Deflecting by talking about 'complimentary consultations' or stating you aren't a 'primary care provider' does not excuse a medical clinic from completely dropping the ball on a simple prescription refill for a patient who has spent thousands of dollars there. Actions speak louder than Google replies. Save your money and go to a reliable pharmacy in Corfu or Poland."
