⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heavenly relaxation – best massage and head spa in Tirana! I had the most relaxing time at this spa. The relaxing massage was exactly what I needed – so calming and soothing, I completely unwound and felt all the tension disappear. The head spa was a wonderful surprise! The water streams felt amazing on my scalp, and after the treatment, my curls were styled so beautifully – I loved how they turned out 😊 The atmosphere is stunning – very peaceful and beautifully designed. The relaxation room is incredible, the perfect place to rest and let the experience sink in. I left feeling renewed and truly pampered. I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I’m making an exception. During my 10-day stay in Tirana with my family, I had several massages at Golden Spa Relax Wilson (our hotel was very close by). In the first few days, I also visited two other centers, but this one was by far the best. I enjoy massages in general, but I also seek them due to an accident I had over a year ago that resulted in an AC joint dislocation. Since then, I’ve experienced recurring tension headaches as well as tightness in my shoulder and neck muscles, and regular massages help relieve these symptoms. All of the masseuses I saw were able to recognize and effectively work on the tension in my neck and shoulders. I especially preferred Esmeralda, as she applied deep, targeted pressure to these muscle groups. At times, the treatment was quite intense—sometimes even bringing tears to my eyes—but it was always effective and ultimately very relieving. The spa itself looked neat and well-maintained, and everyone I met there was friendly. Overall, I think I’ve had one of my best massage experiences here. Even a few days after returning home, I can still feel the relief in my neck and shoulders. I also need to continue training to keep everything supple, as my profession is not exactly kind to these muscles. If I ever return to Tirana, a visit to Golden Spa Relax Wilson will definitely be one of my first stops.
Probably the best massage I've had in a long time. The prices were very reasonable. I would definitely visit here again. I was provided with fresh fruit and water after my massage. The building is behind the main street in a alley. The inside was very calming and relaxing. It was not noisy from other employees or guests as you were having your session. The staff were friendly and cared for your needs during the session.

I genuinely don’t even know how to put this experience into words, it was simply unforgettable. We booked a relaxing massage expecting a nice spa day, but what we got was something far beyond that. From the moment we walked in, the air was filled with this warm, soothing scent that instantly made me feel calm. The lighting was soft and golden, like being wrapped in a quiet sunset, and every sound was perfectly designed to make you breathe slower, deeper. Our therapist, Ela, was truly exceptional. The massage she gave us was, without question, the best I’ve had in my life. It wasn’t just relaxing, it was transformative. Every movement felt connected, like one continuous flow, as if she somehow knew exactly where to go next without ever breaking rhythm. I could literally feel every bit of tension dissolving. Afterwards, we were led to the relax room, and oh my God, that place. Soft lighting, cozy chairs, and tea waiting for us. They brought us drinks, and we just sat there, smiling, not even talking for a while because we were so blissed out. Then we realized the sauna was included too, which was such a beautiful surprise. We ended our visit with a gorgeous plate of fresh fruit that felt like the perfect, refreshing finale. Every single detail was thought out. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply grateful.
