A spa should be a place where you walk in carrying the weight of the week, and you walk out feeling reborn.What I got was far from it.The service felt rushed and impersonal, as if they were processing clients rather than caring for them. I kept picturing what it could be, if the staff spoke softly and moved gracefully, if they make you feel you are in good hands. None of that was present here.
