1. A friend of mine had a very upsetting experience with a driver from Green Taxi 46. During the ride, the driver asked inappropriate and intrusive questions about her private life, including questions about her husband and her sexual preferences. His behavior made her feel extremely uncomfortable and, at times, harassed. To make matters worse, the driver took her to the wrong destination. After she reported the incident to the company, they did not respond or acknowledge her complaint. This level of conduct is unacceptable, and the lack of response from the company is equally concerning. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend or trust this service. 2. I took Green Taxi 73 today, and this time I wasn’t able to pay by card. I’ve used this taxi service before, and card payment was always available. The driver was unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I had to withdraw cash. Fortunately, there was an ATM right in front of my hotel, but I don’t understand why card payment is no longer an option. This was an inconvenient experience, especially since I chose this taxi service because card payments had always been accepted in the past. I hope the company either restores this payment option or clearly informs customers in advance when card payments are unavailable.

Super happy with this taxi service! We booked a pickup from our apartment at 7am for our flight home, and everything went perfectly. We even received a text 10 minutes beforehand with the driver’s number plate, which was really reassuring. The car was spacious enough for us and all our suitcases, and the journey to the airport was relaxed and comfortable.
