We have used Albanian VIP Transport multiple times and we have been extremely pleased with the excellent customer service that is provided by Dorian and his fleet and drivers. Dorian was the person to greet us at the airport on our arrival to Albania from the US. He was so kind and even broke a key using it to open the zip ties on our dog's cage. Poor pup had been in that cage, traveling for 32 hours, and was frantic to get out as soon as it spotted us, its humans. Dorian and one of his other drivers helped us get all our luggage (and there was so much of it because it was everything we were bringing to live in a new country!) into one of his comfortable, luxury Mercedes vans for the very long ride (the ring road was under construction at the time) to downtown Tirana from the airport. He then helped us get everything into our AirBnB. We were impressed by his excellent, safe driving. We have taken many more private trips with Dorian and his drivers in his well-maintained vehicles. They always provide careful service and we have greatly appreciated getting to know him and his family. They have become like family to us here in Albania. If you want to travel comfortably, then I highly recommend their warm and welcoming chauffeur service.
