- 1. Nationals of EU Member States and countries in the Schengen Area can enter North Macedonia with a passport or ID card — no visa required
- 2. Citizens of non-EU countries holding permanent or temporary residence in an EU Member State also do not need a visa, provided they carry a passport with EU residence permit or EU ID card
- 3. Foreign nationals with a valid multiple-entry visa from the UK, USA, or Canada may enter North Macedonia, as long as the visa is valid for at least 5 more days and is a physical visa stamped in the passport
- 4. E-Visas/Electronic Visas are not accepted
- 5. Holders of a Palestinian travel document, even with an EU residence card, cannot enter North Macedonia
