While visiting Gjirokastër, we found an injured scared dog with a tight rope around her neck. Dr. Trifon treated her injuries, and helped make sure she was taken care of and had vaccines and treatment for adoption to Canada. Thank you to Dr. Trifon for his care and communication in allowing this to be possible. She is completely unrecognizable now, and much more happy and confident.
