My wife and I brought our 14 year old with ear pain. The nurse took us directly to the doctor without having to wait, the doctor examined our son and then prescribed the medication needed for his ear infection and pain. The doctor and nurses were professional and friendly and communicated in English with us. I highly recommend this hospital!
My husband suddenly felt unwell while we were out walking, and we had to call an ambulance. The ambulance arrived within 10 minutes, which was incredibly reassuring in such a stressful moment. He was taken straight to Urgjenca at Saranda Hospital, where he was seen immediately. The medical team acted quickly and professionally, putting him on drips straight away. The nurses were fast, caring, and absolutely fantastic, and the doctors were equally attentive and thorough. Every member of staff we encountered was kind, efficient, and supportive. We felt truly cared for during a very worrying time, and we are extremely grateful for the excellent service and professionalism shown by the entire team.
