I had a wonderful experience at Beauty Salon KETA in Berat. I had a hair colouring service where I got a beautiful base colour with natural-looking grey highlights, and also a perfect haircut and styling. I was extremely happy with the result. The salon is very clean, welcoming, and professional. The staff is highly experienced and friendly, and they really take their time to understand what you want. The quality of the service is excellent, and you can tell they have many years of experience and real talent. They are inexpensive and okay for a quick trim, but I had a very rough service and am quite unhappy. She demonstrated how much hair she was going to take off (in photo 1) but took off closer to 5 inches instead. I had quite long hair that I've been growing for years. I went in for simple face framing layers and curtain bangs. Only one stylist was able to do this kind of haircut. My bangs are completely uneven and they were unable to style them (in photo 2.) They used rushed techniques that lacked proper sectioning and precision. It was more similar to how I used to cut my hair using tiktok methods. The ladies there were all very friendly and made time for me. Their other services looked excellent and I've heard other good personal reviews from friends.
