We spent a lovely dinner at Oma and the food was delicious. The service was very on point, and we were looked after by our server Frank. Even when there was a slight problem about our drinks he fixed it quickly - for good music, beautiful restaurant, great service and vibes I definitely recommend
Booked a table for 3 for dinner at 9pm 2-3 weeks in advance. Was running late, sent them a message we were in traffic and gonna arrive 10 mins late. At 8:59pm I got a message that there was no regular menu available, we got informed they had introduced new “fixed menu” for Fridays and Saturdays from 9pm onwards. I thought it was a bit strange to get this information 1 minute before the reservation started. We thought the amount of food was a bit too much and there was only 2 versions - fish or meat. When I spoke to the manager she said it was probably a network issue and I didn’t get the message when they sent it out to everyone. Decided to skip the dinner but really wanted to return for the party, which was not a problem. We returned for the party on Friday - afrobeats themed. Got immediately in, 10e entry fee pp after 11pm which I find reasonable. Great music and vibes. Only standing tables, or you pay for VIP where u can sit. Very beautiful venue, such a shame that the service is very slow and seems like you’re bothering them. Since we decided to skip the dinner there, I cannot really rate the food, but the drinks were okay. Nothing special. I would still say the party was worth it. :)
One of the best nights out I’ve had in a long time I visited OMA on a Friday night during AfroFete 2025, as the club hosted several of the festival events, and honestly, it ended up being one of the best party experiences I’ve had in a very long time. One of the things that really stood out about OMA was how spacious it felt, even on what seemed to be a very busy night. The venue is spread across multiple levels, which helps prevent it from feeling overcrowded. There’s a rooftop lounge area where you can sit back and enjoy drinks, a restaurant section if you’re looking for a more relaxed atmosphere earlier in the evening, and a lower dance floor where the party really comes to life. OMA is primarily an open-air club, which gives it an incredible summer vibe. There are also covered indoor sections and plenty of seating areas, making it suitable whether you want to dance until the early hours or simply enjoy the music with friends. The drinks were well priced and definitely strong, which was a pleasant surprise. Combined with the music and atmosphere, it made for a fantastic night out. The music during AfroFete was amazing, the crowd had great energy, and despite the venue being busy, it never felt uncomfortable or overly packed because of the clever layout and multiple areas available to guests. AfroFete events operated on a ticketed basis, but if you’re visiting OMA outside of the festival period, entry is usually free before 10pm. If you arrive after 10pm, expect to pay around 1,000 ALL (approximately £9) for entry. Although AfroFete 2026 will now be hosting its events in Tirana, I’ll still be spending time in Durrës and fully intend to revisit OMA because I enjoyed it that much. Whether you’re visiting for a special event or simply looking for a fun night out, OMA is one of the best nightlife spots I experienced in Albania
The ambience is amazing, the view of the sea from the restaurant is great also. However, me giving the meal 3 star is me being very generous. Yes, my friend had prawns and a drink for starters and those were tasty. The dessert got too was okay, but the main meal was so cold and not tasty. Portions were also so small. The shisha bottle my friend ordered kept needing several adjustments before she could properly enjoy (after about 3 different attempts) We were in Albania on a girls trip and decided to visit. However, the overall experience didn’t meet our expectations atall.
If you come to duress, Albania and you don’t visit OMA restaurant, then your visit is tantamount to not be complete. I surely had the best of time here. The experience I had here has formed a memory I can never forget in my life, wish we had come here earlier and not just about when we were leaving the city of duress. You are sure to get the best value for your money. The meals are freshly prepared and they were sumptuous, from starters to mains and desserts. I’ve eaten seafoods 🍤 in other places in duress and Tirana, but I must say this is one like no other, trust me. I can categorically say they are the best! For Starters took CLASSIC BRUSCHETTA & SHRIMP WITH BACON For Mains: Risotto (Rizoto), Paella rice, seafood saffron, Linguine with Seafood. Extras: Grilled Fish, Tagliatta Rukola Grana Pomodorini and for Desserts: took Tiramisu and Soufflé with Ice cream. You’ve got to give it to Bledi, he was very courteous, helpful in choosing the right meal and he also gave us complimentary extras and Birthday cake and treats, even with helping us take pictures.😁 Thank you Bledi, thank you OMA. Will 100% come back again and surely recommend you all day to everyone.
