Such a clean and ambient restaurant. Very humble and kind hosts. We ordered the fasule (with fava beans) and it was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the sallate fshati (it came with bread), the spinach byrek, and the fried chicken bites. The owner was very kind. They even brought out free, fresh watermelon. Ended the meal with a cappuccino. Used the restroom and it was one of the cleanest restrooms we have ever used here in Albania. We hope you try!
This restaurant offers an authentic taste of Albanian tradition. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care using quality ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. I had the Pasta Napoletana, and it was delicious! The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. As a lovely surprise, they give some fresh watermelon to help u cool down. Such a thoughtful gesture! Great food, excellent service, and a wonderful experience. recommended!
Had a lovely breakfast here today. The omelette was cooked perfectly—light, fluffy, and full of flavour. The meatballs were equally impressive, tender, well-seasoned, and a great addition to the meal. Everything tasted fresh and was served hot. The service was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. A great spot for breakfast, and I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu. Highly recommended!
Without question, the best meal we had in the area—and frankly worth the trip up the hill even if you weren’t visiting the castle. Everything was incredibly fresh and clearly prepared with care. This is a family-run restaurant, and you can feel it in every aspect of the experience. We spent two weeks traveling throughout Albania, and this was one of our favorite meals of the entire trip. The setting is beautiful as well, open on three sides with a wonderful breeze and stunning views. Highly recommended.
