We loved everything about La Boheme Hotel in Tirana, Albania! Location is everything and this hotel is perfectly situated for easy walkability to historical sites and a massive selection of restaurants. We only got a ride to one attraction and that was Bunk'Art 1 and the cable car ride, which we walked to from Bunk'Art 1. The room was spacious and very clean. Having hot water in the shower is important to me and this had plenty of it. The AC worked exceptionally well. The free breakfast had lots of options and the lady working there was very friendly. The restaurant is on the ground floor, while the rooms are on upper floors, so there's no noise coming from there. This has been a recent revision. I read one review that stated the noise from the restaurant was unbearable. That would no longer be an issue. The feature that sets this hotel apart is the front desk personnel. There are two young men who work the desk. Both were awesome, but the one we dealt with the most was Armel. We've never left a hotel feeling like we made a friend with the reception clerk...until now. Armel was so personable and helpful, but most of all, he was funny! We laughed with him so many times! The front desk reception is the face of every hotel. La Boheme is fortunate to have these two men, and especially Armel, representing their hotel. If you're reading this review because you're trying to find a place to stay in Tirana, you've found it! You'll check out having made a friend!
Great reception service, rooms are nice and clean, hotel is in the city centrum, I recommed it!
The hotel is in a very central location, and all the staff are incredibly helpful. The breakfast was sufficient, but I think a bit more attention should be given to the cleanliness of the restaurant area. Also, it might be better if the carpets in the rooms were removed. Other than that, everything was good.
Great hotel with amazing service! Def good location for a few days to explore Tirana! Only problem was that the rooms were very warm. Might me be that did not operate the AC good enough! But the guys in the reception was great!
