Stop searching!!!!! This is the place to have breakfast! Elini and her daughter are incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. They prepare every meal with love and make sure every guest feels at home. They even open their beautiful garden for you to enjoy while having breakfast, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything is homemade, fresh, and prepared with genuine care. The prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality and hospitality you receive. If you speak Greek, don’t hesitate to chat with them. They’ll truly appreciate it! Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely come back the next time we’re in the area.
I almost missed this gem (and i have been coming to Himare for 10 years). And it would be a shame. Hidden in the little garden, quiet and the food is absolutely delicious. Grandma making the food by herself and its from kitchen to the table. I tries loukoumades, omelette and tiganopsoma and also had a iced mountain tea. And you write your order on a piece of paper ❤️
This breakfast spot had quite a charm to it. It was like eating at a family members house. We did have to ask them to take our order, but after that the food came rather quickly. The food was great for what it was and the seating area was very nice and comfortable. There are cats in the garden so you can expect them stealing a chair or two.
Eleni’s place is an absolute must for a breakfast in Himare! Everything is prepared by mother/daughter duo and you truely feel like you are eating in someone’s home. It was very reasonably priced and the food was so delicious! Be patient with them as it’s just two of them providing for everyone - they are just the sweetest!
Truly a hidden gem! We found the place after looking for quite a bit and were welcomed in by Eleni. We sat in the back underneath a peach tree and watched her make our breakfast whilst also chatting. We were lucky because there were no other guests except for us. And Eleni made us feel at home. Everything we ate was delicious and authentic. The omelette and the Tiganopsoma were delicious and honestly the highlight of my trip. Thank you, Eleni!
