My partner and I booked a 90-minute couples massage for a total of 16,000 LEK!! (8,000 LEK per person). The experience was mixed. The massage tables were not very comfortable and were covered with a simple medical-style paper roll, which did not create a particularly relaxing atmosphere. There was also no discussion beforehand about expectations, pressure level, or areas of tension. My partner was satisfied with her massage, and her therapist did a good job. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. While lying face down, I felt that the massage lacked precision and seemed to be performed mostly with one hand. It was only when I turned onto my back, around two-thirds into the session, that I could clearly see the therapist using her phone with one hand while massaging me with the other. This confirmed the impression I had had from the beginning. After I pointed it out, the massage improved significantly and was actually quite good when the therapist used both hands and focused fully on the treatment. The explanation given afterward—that she thought a more relaxing massage should be done with one hand—was not convincing or professional. Even though the issue was obvious, no commercial gesture was offered. The only comment was: “When you come back, I’ll show you that I know how to massage with both hands.” Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.
Amazing experience at this spa center in Vlorë! Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the service, and the staff. Everyone was kind and professional, and I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in. I left feeling refreshed and completely satisfied. Definitely a place worth visiting!
