Highly recommended car rental! Their office is located very close to the main bus station, making it incredibly convenient for anyone arriving by bus. On top of that, their customer service was excellent—they actually sent a car to pick us up and drive us directly to the rental office. A very smooth and stress-free experience
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We rented a Nissan Micra and had a very good experience. The car was not brand new, but it was well maintained, clean, and performed perfectly throughout our trip. We drove to the beautiful Osumi Canyon. The car was reliable, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for exploring the area. The service was excellent, with clear communication and straightforward rental conditions. Everything was explained clearly and there were no surprises. A particularly nice touch was that after we returned the car, we were kindly driven back to our guesthouse, which was greatly appreciated and showed excellent customer service. One small tip for future renters: don't put more fuel in the car than you expect to use, as unused fuel is not refunded when you return the vehicle. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this rental company to anyone visiting Berat and looking for a dependable car and friendly service. Faleminderit 🚗😊
The workers were so helpful and kind. It was easy to speak with them, we used translate for everything and WhatsApp. I I was able to quickly rent a car for one day, 30€, with no qualms, and they were very attentive and friendly. When I had questions they were patient! They also gave us a ride to the bus station with our luggage, SO NICE. I had searched a while online to find a one with good ratings, and I’m so glad I chose this one. Thank you!!!
