The experience begins at 11:00 AM in our beautiful outdoor kitchen, where you’ll learn to prepare traditional dishes such as homemade pie, fërgesë, or rosnicë, guided by local chefs who share their family recipes and cooking secrets. Once the cooking is complete, we’ll take a short walk to our organic farm, where you’ll have the chance to harvest fresh vegetables and fruits straight from the garden—ingredients that bring your meal to life. Afterward, we’ll gather to enjoy the dishes you've prepared, surrounded by the peaceful nature of Roshnik.
