Description

Day 1: Tirane – Kruje – Prizren (Kosovo) We will start our 14 days adventure through the Balkans and Central Europe by driving to Kruja, a historical city symbol of the Albanian resistance against the expansion of the Ottoman Empire during the XV century. We will cross borders towards Prizren, considered as the cultural capital of Kosovo. Overnight in Prizren Day 2: Prizren – Gjakove - Decan – Vineyards near Rahovec – Prizren Today we will visit Gjakove; Decan and Vineyards near Rahovec. Overnight in Prizren Day 3: Prizren – Mrizi i Zanave Agro Tourism – Shkoder (Albania) Our first destination for today is one of the best slow food Agro-tourism in the Balkans. We will take a tour around the farm. In the afternoon we will drive towards Shkodra, situated in the north-western part of Albania. Overnight in Shkoder Day 4: Shkoder – Sveti Stefan (Montenegro) – Budva – Kotor – Montenegrin Riviera Today we will visit Sveti Stefan (Montenegro); Budva and Kotor. Overnight near Montenegrin Riviera Day 5: Montenegrin Riviera – Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina) From Montenegro, we will cross the border to Bosnia & Herzegovina and head towards the city of Mostar. Overnight in Mostar Day 6: Mostar – Sarajevo After breakfast we will drive from Mostar to our next destination Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Overnight in Sarajevo Day 7: Sarajevo – Zvornik – Belgrade (Serbia) Our main destination for today is Belgrade in Serbia. Overnight in Belgrade Day 8: Belgrade – Sremski Karlovci – Novi Sad Today we will depart towards Novi Sad, the region is very famous about the culture of wine production and high quality of fine wines. Overnight in Novi Sad Day 9: Walking tour of Novi Sad Right after breakfast, we will start with a city tour of Novi Sad, considered to be the cultural capital of northern Serbia. Overnight in Novi Sad Day 10: Novi Sad- Subotica– Budapest (Hungary) Today we will drive towards Subotica our last destination in Serbia. Overnight in Budapest Day 11: Day tour of Budapest (Hungary) We will explore the “Queen of the Danube”, Budapest. Overnight in Budapest Day 12: Budapest – Győr – Bratislava (Slovakia) We will continue our journey towards the picturesque “City of Rivers”, Győr. Overnight in Bratislava Day 13: Day tour of Bratislava After breakfast we will visit Bratislava, a charming city alongside the Danub. Overnight in Bratislava Day 14: Bratislava (Slovakia) – Transfer day to Vienna (Austria) This is the last day of your Balkan to central Europe adventure marking the end of this amazing experience through the rich history and culture of this part of the World. Your tour leader will drop you off at your hotel in Vienna (Austria). We hope this has been a wonderful experience with great memories through the Balkan countries and Central Europe.
