The guide/ driver will pick you up from your location in Ohrid. Drive for 3h with one stop for coffee. First we will explore Skopje, the capital of Macedonia. You will learn about the city’s storied history of Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman rule, and see both the old and new parts of the city. The tour hits several highlights including the Stone Bridge, Skopje Fortress, the Museum of National Struggle of Macedonia, and much more. Free time for lunch and shopping in the center. After visiting Skopje we drive to Matka Canyon, there we will take a boat ride and visit Vrelo cave.
