Get ready for an unforgettable half-day adventure that combines the raw beauty of nature with breathtaking panoramic views and rich history. Your journey begins with a scenic drive through the lush countryside of Saranda, where the views along the way are already worth the trip. Our first stop is the magical Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër)—a stunning natural spring known for its vibrant turquoise waters bubbling from deep underground. You’ll have plenty of time to walk around, enjoy a refreshing swim, and take beautiful photos from different viewing spots. Your guide will share fascinating facts and legends about the Blue Eye, making the experience even more memorable. You can also enjoy a cool drink or a snack in the relaxing nature around you. After soaking in the natural beauty, we’ll continue our tour with a comfortable drive up to Lekursi Castle, perched on a hill overlooking Saranda. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of the coastline and surrounding mountains. Once at the castle, you’ll be treated to one of the best viewpoints in Albania—with visibility of three countries: Albania below you, Greece just across the water with the island of Corfu, and on a clear day, even Italy in the distance. Learn about the castle’s history and its importance to Saranda, as your guide brings the story of the region to life. This tour is the perfect balance of sightseeing, relaxation, and learning—great for couples, families, solo travelers, and cruise ship visitors. With plenty of free time at both destinations and an easygoing pace, you’ll return feeling refreshed and inspired.
