Under the guidance of a local host, get hands-on with recipes of 3 traditional dishes lke -byrek, -meatballs, -stuffed peppers, -tavë kosi, -fërgesë, -lakror, while learning the cultural stories behind each dish. While the dishes simmer, enjoy a guided tasting of locally produced Albanian wines, including varieties unique to the Berat region. Learn about native grapes like Puls (Pules), Shesh i Zi, Shesh i Bardhe or Kallmet, and discover how each wine complements the flavors of traditional cuisine.
