Great location on the beach, very reasonable price, and the breakfast was wonderful. But what truly stands out with this hotel is the staff. From security (who helped us with parking in very tight spaces), to reception, servers and bartenders, everyone was welcoming and looked for ways to be helpful. This isn't like a 5 star hotel in North America, so don't come with that expectation. But you will love the hospitality, great location, and especially the breakfast on the top floor terrace.
no mosquito nests and rooms needs a fresh renovation- issue with sink and doors are erosion and corrosion. Jacuzzi doesn't work properly-no hot water Extremely grateful to the reception guy with glasses who helped with 100 lek for bus. Hope he will receive the bonus! our room was inside without seaside view
Wonderful stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the young man Armend who took care of us on the beach – his service was outstanding, professional, and always with a smile. The food was delicious, the atmosphere relaxing, and even the check-out process was smooth and pleasant. We also enjoyed a massage, which was of excellent quality and one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We would be happy to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and genuine hospitality.🤩
This hotel was truly amazing. I went with a group of girls and we felt unbelievable safe. Everything was top class. It was as clean as clean can get and the service was top notch. We arrived to the hotel around 10:30pm and that is when the kitchen closes, but they kept it open for us because we were hungry coming from the airport. We also enjoyed the spa amenities and no complaints. The surrounding area was also very safe, clean, and lively.
