Smooth and easy experience. While visiting Albania, we hired a car from this gentleman. We collected a Toyata Yarris, from the office in Gjirokaater. While we waited for the car to be washed we were treated to a coffee in the cafe nextdoor. Car was in good condition and perfect to drive. We met at the airport to return the car. Great customer service. 🏴🇬🇧

Great experience! Car was exactly as described, and clean inside and out. We had pick up and drop off in two different towns over an hour apart. Both deliveries were smooth, on time, very clear instructions, and excellent communication. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely rent again and recommend you do too!
The experience was very smooth and Donny was great with his communication any time we needed him up to the day of arrival. We were met at the airport and given the car rental documents there so we could drive off. The drop off was in Saranda and this part was also seamless as we had to get a ferry to Corfu early in the morning. The Toyota Yaris we were given was in great condition considering the mileage, and it was a perfect little vehicle to see the beauty of Albania and its lovely villages. I would honestly go with these guys again as they are attentive to the customer and do everything they can to make your experience an unforgettable one. Thanks again! H & K 🇬🇧
