We used the classic conference rooms for an event, and Albana, the Tirana International Hotel event coordinator, did a fabulous job coordinating and facilitating our needs for our conference to be a success. She and her staff went beyond their duty to make sure everything was seamless, the tech support was incredible and the event was a great success. We had an all day conference with lunch and coffee break included and the quality of food, service and communication with the staff was superb. We are very pleased with this experience.
